Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, we will be using FACTS Tuition 

Please follow the steps below to set up your tuition payment plan for 2023-2024. 

1. Go to www.factsmgt.com
2. Under Family Log in, select FACTS Family Portal

3. District Code: HFRC-PA

4. Use the account credentials you created during enrollment to log into your family portal.

5. From the menu on the left side of the screen, select Financial

6. In the top right window, select Set up a Payment Plan

7. On the next screen, follow the steps in the top left window to choose your payment source, the payment plan (lump sum or monthly), as well as your payment date.

Payments for 2023-2024 begin in July.  Tuition, fees and discounts (i.e. subsidies, financial aid, etc.) will be set up after the payment plan has been selected.
You may use a bank account (checking or savings), or a credit card for the payment source.  There is no fee if using a bank account.  For credit cards, a 2.95% convenience fee is assessed.
