Please be aware that we will no longer be using SmartAid to process applications. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia/BLOCS & Holy Family Regional Catholic School for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year.

The application process opened on November 1, 2017. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

Deadlines:

  • December 31, 2017 - Priority Application Deadline - We encourage you to complete the application by this date.
  • March 15, 2018 - Application process closes

Important Notes:

  • Historically, the funds we receive are generated from PA State tax credits, and therefore only ​available to P​ennsylvania residents.  If other funds are received, non-residents may be eligible for assistance.
  • ​​Applications will be accepted for children in grades PreK-8.  Historically, the funds we receive are mainly for grades K-8, but some years funds are made available for Pre-K students.​

A $30 fee per family is required at the time of application.

Once you complete an online application, you will need to send copies of your 2017 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules information to FACTS to complete the application process.

We recommend you upload all supporting documentation in PDF format online.
